Noelle began her journey into the world of makeup and costuming at the Paul Mitchell Cosmetology School in Waukesha, graduating with honors in makeup, texture, cutting and color.

She quickly outgrew the salon scene, and turned her attention to bigger projects, honing her skills in avant garde and bodypaint. She started working on student and indepent films and felt she had found her calling.

In 2019 she attented Cinema Makeup School in L.A. with a scholarship from Ve Neill.
